It is one of the jobs that is included in the list of jobs demanded by the Australian Government. If you come to Australia with the Work and Holiday Visa, you will be able to extend your visa for up to 2 more years. To do this you will have to:

  • Have picked fruit for at least three months.
  • Have worked in a postcode in rural Australia.
  • Complete form 1263 (Working Holiday Visa: Employment verification).
  • Provide proof with payslips or employer certificates of having carried out the specific work.
  • Submit the application before the Working Holiday Visa expires.
