No, there are currently no mandatory vaccines for traveling to Dubai. However, if you come from a country where yellow fever is a risk or if you have had a layover of more than 12 hours in an airport in an affected region, you must be vaccinated against yellow fever and have your international vaccination certificate up to date.

If you overstay your permitted time in the United Arab Emirates, you will have to pay a fine when you leave the country. The fine is 250 AED (about 68 USD) for the first day and 150 AED (about 41 USD) for each additional day. The visa for Dubai is an electronic document that you will receive by email. You just need to print it and show it at passport control when you arrive in the United Arab Emirates. Upon arrival at Dubai or Abu Dhabi airport, you will be asked to present the printed visa at immigration. If for some rare reason the Government of Dubai (less than 1% of the time) denies your tourist visa, the initial payment will not be refunded.
